Voluntary Madness

I wonder why people insist on making Sanzo the damsel in distress. And alright, it it a rhetorical question. I think that being better than everyone else is a major point of Sanzo's character. He is haughty and better-than-thou, but only because he can hand you your ass on a plate and he knows it.

When Goku stands up to him, it must be something of a pleasant surprise. :)
