Oh yes. I figure Koumyou and Ukoku were best friends long before Sanzo arrived in the picture and they remained friend even though Sanzo didn't like lawyers much and Ukoku in particular. I suspect Ukoku teased Koumyou often about his taste for young, handsome boys. XD
