How to make:
First marinate the chicken for about half an hour in the oil, garlic and basil mix. Then fry slowly. It's a good idea to cover the pan for a few minutes to start with, that way it both fries and cooks.
Cut up the lettuce and onion. Put the chicken on the salad, mix the sauce and pour it into the bowl.

What you need:
- chicken breast, cut into stripes (thinner stripes for a side-dish salad)
- iceberg lettuce
- half an onion, I like red onion, but garlic onion is good too
- clove of garlic
- two spoons of vegetable oil
- a little basil, a pinch of salt
For the sauce either:
- two spoons of 12% cream (not the sweet kind, though)
- a dollop of mayonnaise, ketchup and horseradish sauce (or something similarly spicy)
- half a spoon of colourful pepper, pinch of salt
or:
- two spoons of mustard
- two spoons of honey
