*seethes* The Uni twits are blocking Photobucket now. *screams* Whatever the fuck possessed them to do that, the fucking retards? I have no problems with them blocking Skype, or Torrent, or Kazaa or even porn, definitely not spyware, not weapons (though I miss a visual reference sometimes) or even 'tasteless' though heaven knows why would they do that.

But for fuck's sake, Photobucket is relatively harmless!! Yeah, I can access it. For "work related purposes" after a bunch of endless clicking. But I cannot, for example, navigate my LJ, since the front image is my navigation bar. *stabs Uni twits*

Happy notes for today, or Providence Is Not Just the Capitol of Rhode Island. I did mention redoing my website. I did mention looking for a better host. And boy, did it deliver! The webmistress of the Vent graciously donated her webspace and a heapload of bandwith for people to host their GW-related websites. Am I the child of luck or am I the child of luck? No ads, no worries, negotiable space, a shitload of bandwidth, FTP access and a lovable webmistress to boot, plus the possibility of domain hosting.

I love my life. Or lack thereof.

Also. Amadeus the Director's Cut? One Fucking Cool Piece of Work. I know the original by heart and adore every minute, but DC is a masterpiece.

edit: I stand fucking corrected. I am unable to see any image hosted on Photobucket. That includes icons, fanart, ANY fucking image. Thank you, Uni. *bristles*

You can say that twice. It was working just fine until yesterday! Maybe it's just a temporary thing... *hopes to hell* I do intend to go and protest though. I can understand many things, but blocking personal net storage is not one of them. For all I know LJ might be next! o__O

Brunel. I am still wondering how come they have a Runnymede campus, since the Uni is in Uxbridge.

*pats* blocking Photobucket *is* a bit extreme, but hey, my school blocks so many sites that no one can do research at all. google something and half the links on the page don't work, and the half that do are pages that don't help. yours is relatively fine compared to that.
