keire_keI finally watched the two episodes of Supernatural season 3. The first was alright - I loved Tamara. Now there's a woman who can handle herself. I hope we'll see more of her. Ruby I'm pretty meh about. Episode one she was okay, two I wanted to roll my eyes a little. Ooo, look at me, I snark I toss my hair I creep Sam out. The revelation made it better, IMHO. It's a lot easier to handle the attitude when we know she's a demon and therefore has an agenda and superpowers. So in the end I'm okay with her. For now.
The Dean attitude in episode one was over the top, but I didn't expect less of Dean-oh. I think he's just drunk on the feeling that he's just got a year and needs to make the most of it, and is therefore overcompensating. As usual. XD He'll get over it.
The wee!Dean episode was so cute! Except for the freaky monster kids, these were scary. The kid was a little over the top, as in he was a clone of the present Dean, because I imagine the kid!Dean was a little different. You have to wibble at the expression on Dean's face in the end. He was trying to convince himself as much as Lisa that he couldn't stay. I quite liked Lisa though. She and Dean have a lot in common, I think. And Ben was just precious. All AC/DC and hair and chicks and then "we're gonna get you out of here" and helping the girls out the window... Yeah, clone!Dean much?
So far I'm happy with season 3. Could have a little more Sam and Dean moments (and hey, episode one delivered), but action's not bad either (not to mention wibbly daddy!Dean).
