Oh God, I'm tied between choosing #1 and #2! I too, think 39 deserves some happiness after all those hardships they've went through... and detective!Sanzo chasing a criminal!Goku sounds like fun!
Because as the workaholic (well, he does have his work done admirably) Sanzo is, he'll be giving a lot of attention to Goku in order to have him under arrest...but a Dr.Goku in nerd glasses is too tempting! I kept having an image of a testsubject!Sanzo pushing Doctor!Goku onto a bed of white sheets, with Goku's glasses (and his pants, hopefully) hanging dangerously from him XDD
