keire_keI went to see the final Harry Potter movie. It was pretty meh. Ralph Fiennes hams the hell out of Voldemort, Neville Longbottom steals the show, Draco is a mama's boy who's tragically in love with Harry, and all that. The epilogue is dire (mini!me ending, gah!). Acting is so-so. I couldn't shake the feeling I was in a theatre, not a cinema. The whole thing seemed a little disconnected and the writing was never the movies' strong point. I actually shipped Harry/Hermione (especially in the movies), so, eh. Anyhoo, Neville and Luna, yes please! You rock, Neville and Luna, please stay awesome.
I did some tallying, and it turns out I've written in the whereabouts of 170k this year. Which is, woah, hot damn, me! And half of it is in the Casmund sequel, which is still, sadly, unposted. :(
Still haven't seen PotC: On Stranger Tides, but I'm in love with the music. The first was awesome, the next two I can't really recall, but this one is fantastic.
