Someone wrote this hilarious thing about Hollywood trying to make His Dark Materials. It's fairly short, but oh-so-true. Go read!

Went to see Mr and Mrs Smith today. Cool and all, but a little on the thin side as far as plot is concerned. I got the distinct impression that the movie ended sort of half-way. I mean, they killed that one squad and that's it? *snorts* You've got to be kidding me.

I liked the HDM thing... a lot of it is very true actually, I don't think that some of the subject material would be looked on favourably by Hollywood. Shame though, because the books would make fantastic films ^_^!

Mr & Mrs Smith... my favourite bit was Brad Pitt saying, ask me the sex question *grins*!

They are making the movie. I have nightmares about it. o__O Last thing I heard they have chosen a director. I do think they would make fantastic movies. *grins* I loved how Pullman summed up the whole Authority deal. He said that the God who made people kill, torture and discriminate, was a God that deserved to die. *coughs* You can tell I'm not an avid Christian, can't you.

I thought the bits with the psychiatrist were very well done. *nods* They made the movie work out real nice.

Oh, bloody hell! I really hope they don't screw it up due to political correctness ^^;! Because really that skit, as much as it was funny, is exactly what could come to pass and it would be awful!
