And the art sucks as well. Nothing of the Kazuya Minekura charm that the first two series had is left, nothing. Dunno why they didn't kept the people who made the Homura episodes. They were good.

Final Fantasy VII Advent Children probably would be better if I understood what the fuck is going on. As it was, it was, in chronological order:

Pretty, fast, cool action, pretty sparklies, kick-ass Tifa, more sparklies, yay, more cool action, OMGZ CLOUD!!!!, Sephiroth vs Cloud action (ubercool, that), OMGZ*melts*CLOUD. See icon.

All in all, liked it. Spirits Within was probably a tad better, in movie terms, but there's no beating the action in this one. Wish I could see it in a theatre. And I adored the music. *dies* Took me a while to figure out how to screencap VLC Player, but it was worth the aggravation.

Random Question: Why haven't anyone rendered a 3D of Duo yet?

Lol! Because it takes SO much woooooork! ::is far too lazy (and pressed for time):: XP
Plus, 3D equipment is EXPENSIVE so I'm not sure how many people have it. I'm totally going to cry when I get out of college and am going to have to fork over some $1000 bucks for my own copy. ::sob::

Oh wait! I think maybe I HAVE seen one. Just recently too, hang on.

I tried playing the game once, but the PC I had had trouble installing it. I watched the movie clips though.

AC was so good. Half the time I was fangirling over Cloud. *fangirls* Sephiroth was a tad scary, but OMGZ!!!11!!eleven! Still... Cloud. So. Pretty. And action, OMG. I adored the fighting scenes. "They rocked" doesn't even begin to cover the awesomeness.

Which reminds me, I picked up this magazine the other day, and they claim there is a perfectly good art software available for free somewhere. *goes looking* Aha!

Daz3D (www.daz3d.com). They (the magazine) claim it's easy to use, instinctive etc. I plan on trying it out, as soon as I get some more RAM for my poor lappie.

Well, while I'm still at college I'm spoiled on unlimited access to Maya so I don't have to worry about it yet. Besides, I'm pretty sure if I tried to load yet another honking art program, my poor laptop would commit seppuku. ^.^;;;

It depends but my average is around... mmmm... 40 hours spread out over 2 or so weeks? I think. ::never actually timed herself before::
That's why I'm jealous of people like you and Pond who complete about 4x the amount of artwork I do in like half the time. You do it effortlessly and damn when it looks better than mine!
But that's okay!
Because whenever I see something you draw it motivates me to work harder so one day I WILL catch up! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I don't really do any 3D work... I played with Avid once, I think, but I want to try. Then again, I wanted to try Adobe Illustrator once, and got as far as the first shape. Still think Corel is better for vector work, but that's beside the point.

I'll definitely will post. *nods* Well, if it ends up beind interesting, at least. ^___^

According to the mag there's also a good, free Photoshop equivalent out there - which might not be such a bad thing, once my 6.0 becomes obsolete and cash doesn't appear magically. And my poor laptop is on the verge of suicide as it is.

*scratches head* I've never actually timed myself either, mainly because I tend to lose track of time when I'm playing with Photoshop. I'd start, and all would be nice and pretty and suddenly it's 3 am and I'm yelling at Duo's fingernails. x__X

I like your art, I'm sure I told you that. I like the boyish muscles. Mine look like girls, save for the flatness in the chest regions. *pouts*

*blushes* You've got to stop with the compliments. And it's definitely not effortless - that's my sleeping time in these pictures! And multiple cups of coffee the next morning.
