I actually have things to say today, go me!

I've finally seen DaVinci Code. It was enjoyable. Granted, I was cringing for about half an hour there (I swear, the dialogue was written by a mute and deaf person - come on, words have shapes and textures!), but once they got to Ian McKellen things got a lot smoother (both the dialogue and action). Remy = teh hot. Quite an interesting spin on things, apart from Sophie's ancestry thing. It felt like watching Dogma again, sans Matt Damon with a gun. Which is a pretty big thing, in my case. Speaking of guns, I've been trying to find out what gun is Magneto Teabing holding, and it looks a lot like Smith&Wesson's...

And I have read the book before, just for the record.

Also, todays I watched Saved!. Lookit, a teen flick I actually liked! "Please let it be cancer, please let it be cancer!" "I'm the father." "I'm the boyfriend!" "I'm his boyfriend. *points to the father*"

Though I admit Jesus freaks scare the crap out of me. x.X But the film is sweet and funny and fun. I recommend!

Uh. Because I have a weakness for demon!Goku. I mean, he's all teeth and psychosis, what's not to love? And we all know Sanzo has "molest me" tattooed on his forehead in (not so) invisible ink.




It's likely I'll forget tomorrow, so I'll make a note: as of Saturday I'm going on holiday, until the 15th. Yay for the ends of civilised world!

Both pictures are gorgeous, hun! I love the priest's robes on Duo, although he looks a little unsure about it himself ^_~!

I adore the Saiyuki pic. Goku looks so happy and cheeky, whereas Sanzo just looks resigned to his fate *pets him*!

i saw the davinci code, bleh, they made tom hanks a potato head with a mullet, audrey tatou who is beautiful muted into the background and everytime someone stopped for breath they filled in the blanks with useless and often historically incorrect backstory. It didn't even match the book.

Ultraviolet is okay, but would be much better if it was animated, you'll see what i mean when you watch it.
Over the hedge is so-so, umm have i watched anything decent lately, apart from supernatural....?
x-men 3 boring
Nacho Libre is cute
and i can't remember if i've watched any others though I'm going tomorrow to watch the fast and the furious, student discount on a season pass to the pictures and dissertation leave is a bad thing....
I tend to see the films on their preview run where they make sure the film works.

So enjoy your holiday, try to watch at least one film you've seen before in a foreign language (an SG tradition, bonus points if it's in a different language to the country you're in, ie spartacus in german whilst in france)

Going to the cinema is so problematic these days! It's either men in blue tights and red underpants, movies for the braindead and movies for butcher wannabes. What's a girl to do? *sulks* September come! I need more Deaaaaaaan. And Sam. ^____^

X men 3 was alright, except for the ending. I mean seriously, they want me to believe that right after the mutants annihilated a bloody bridge and a whole bloody island, everyone would suddenly be buddy buddy with them? Still, there was an awesome shot of Hugh Jackman's butt in that leather uniform. HOT!

I'm waiting for Bourne-whazzit-this-time, cause the world needs more Matt Damon. *nods* And of course the pirates, cause the same applies to Johnny Depp. <3

GORGEOUS! I love Japanese!Duo so much. At first the I was really looking at his pretty face hidden behind the mask, but his outfit is so adorable on him.

And Sanzo and Goku are in such a nice and cozy position. *grins like a wolf* Sanzo will never be read of that "molest me" sign as long as Goku's around. Such lovely piccies! *snuggles you for the yummy goodies*
